- Hardwood Kiln Hardwood drying kilns can be used as furniture wood drying equipment and industrial wood drying equipment. Hardwood drying kilns are also called hardwood lumber kilns. The drying schedules of hardwood lumber kilns usually keep the temperature of the dry bulb below 70 °C.

- Softwood Kiln Our softwood drying kilns adopt international advanced technology. Compared with common drying equipment, our softwood drying kiln has faster drying speed and shorter drying time.
The body of our all aluminum alloy wood drying kiln is consisted of inside wall and exterior wall aluminum plates, heat insulating layer, upright post and girder grillage. The plates of inside wall and exterior wall adopt 1.2 mm 3003 type high corrosion resistance aluminum alloy plate. The heat insulating material adopts centrifugal glass wool board. The upright post and girder grillage adopt special-shaped aluminum alloy sections. This wood drying kiln is especially suitable for cold regions such as Russia. The thickness of the kiln roof is up to 150mm and can support 300-400kg/ m2 snow load. The wall thickness of the kiln is 150mm and can work normally in the temperature range from 30 degrees below zero to 50 degrees below zero.

- Our wood drying kilns adopt full-automatic or semi-automatic control system.
- The body of our drying kiln is all aluminum alloy body or earth building kiln body.
- The kiln door is suspended type or the type that one faces the other when opening, with high sealing, so the door is of convenient opening and high flexibility.
- The material feeding way is forklift feeding or small rail car feeding.
- The heating medium of our wood drying kiln is steam, high temperature water, heat conduction oil, burner gas or electricity.

Working Process of Wood Drying Kiln
The strap materials produced in the wood working process is collected into the storage hopper. Then the wood strap materials is conveyed to the combustion furnace at a fixed amount and burned. The steam, high temperature water and the heat conduction oil or the burner gas produced in the combustion furnace will be transported to the wood drying kiln used to supply heat.
Applications of Wood Drying Kilns
Since our wood drying kilns have the features of fast improvement of temperature, energy-saving and clean hot wind, they are also an ideal plant heating equipment of furniture factories and an ideal stoving varnish equipment in paint room. If the installation location is available, a wood drying kiln can be used as a heating equipment for a small workshop or a paint room.
