The amount of heat energy needed will be calculated based on the total chamber capacities. We will create the optimized distance between the kiln installation and wood being dried, greatly reducing transportation cost.

In addition, large temperature changes affect lumber kiln’s dimensional stability. InstallationForwood will assign dedicated engineers to complete on-site installation assisted by the customer’s staff. Our customer also can choose to install based on the installation drawings provided by our company and under our guidance. After finishing kiln installation, we start to carry out commission till all operations go well.

TrainingAfter successful commissioning, our technician will introduce the applications and performances of all parts to the customer’s workers, and show how to use the control system. In addition, it’s also important for them to know how to maintain and repair all the parts.
